Clariant Chemicals changes financial year to calendar year

Clariant Chemicals India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 14, 2006, has considered and decided to change the accounting year of the Company from presently followed financial year April to March to the calendar year January to December for future.

The Company shall close its accounts for the financial year commenced on April 01, 2006 on December 31, 2006 i.e. to say for a period of nine months.
