Munjal Showa declares Rs.10 dividend

Munjal Showa Ltd has announced that the members at the 21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on August 28, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of dividend at the rate of Rs 10.00 per share on Equity share of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2006.
