WW Technology Holdings Ltd allots 2456245 shares

The Board of Directors of WW Technology Holdings Ltd at its meeting held on November 24, 2014, have allotted 24,56,245 (Twenty Four Lakh Fifty Six Thousand Two Hundred and Forty Five Only) Equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each at par on conversion of warrants to promoter and others on preferential basis on receipt of balance 75 percent consideration.
