Systematix Corporate Board decides acquisition of Golia Finance & Investment Ltd

Systematix Corporate Services Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 30, 2007, has decided to acquire Golia Finance & Investment Ltd., an NBFC (non-deposit accepted) registered with RBI, as a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
