Tezpore Tea declares dividend of Rs.0.50 per share.

Tezpore Tea Company Ltd has announced that the members at the 88th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on August 24, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of Dividend on the Ordinary Shares at the rate of Rs 0.50 per share.
