Rajshree Sugars declares Rs.5 dividend

Rajshree Sugars & Chemicals Ltd has announced that the members at the 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 06, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of Dividend at the rate of Rs 5/- per fully paid up share for the financial year ended March 31, 2006.
