Deccan Gold Mines Ltd approves Rights Issue of $6 mn

The Board of Directors of Deccan Gold Mines Ltd at its meeting held on November 19, 2014, have approved the raising of funds of up to $ 6 m through a Rights Issue. The ratio and pricing of the Rights Issue would be decided by the Board at an appropriate time.
