Ispat Industries fixes Book Closure for AGM

Ispat Industries Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 18, 2007 to July 24, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on July 25, 2007.
