Integrated Financial Board recommends 11% dividend

Integrated Financial Services Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 30, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a Dividend of 11% i.e. Rs 1.10 per share for the year ended March 31, 2007 subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company.
