Technocraft Industries Board to recommend dividend

Technocraft Industries India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 12, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following business:

1. To consider Unaudited quarterly result for the quarter ended on June 30, 2007.

2. To consider Audited Annual Account for the period ended on March 31, 2007.

3. To fix the date and time of Annual General Meeting.

4. To recommend the Dividend subject to the approval of Shareholders.

5. To decide the date of Book closure.
