Apollo Hospitals Selss Shares in The Lanka Hospital Corporation, Colombo

Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company has decided to divest its entire equity stake of 52,030,000 constituting 33.22% at SLR 28 per share by participating in the open offer made by Sri Lanka Insurance Corporation Ltd (SLIC) which ends on September 14, 2006.
