Elecon Engineering AGM approves stock split

Elecon Engineering Company Ltd has announced that the members at the 46th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 12, 2006, inter alia, have accorded to the following:

1. Dividend @ 50% i.e. Rs 5/- per Equity share of the Company.

2. Sub-division of existing Equity shares of Rs 10/- each into Equity shares of Rs 2/- each, fully paid up.
