Bodal Chemicals Board recommends 10% final dividend

Bodal Chemicals Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 30, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a final dividend of Re 1.00 per equity share (10% on face value of Re 10/-), subject to the approval of the shareholders. This along with the interim dividend of 15% raises the total dividend to 25% for the financial year 2006-07.
