Winsome Yarns Board recommends Rs.0.60 dividend

Winsome Yarns Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 29, 2007, inter alia, has recommended dividend @ Re 0.60 per share on the fully paid share of the Company.
