Vaibhav Gems Board recommends 5% dividend

Vaibhav Gems Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 30, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of 5% on Equity Share Capital for the year 2006-2007 subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
