SREI Infrastructure Finance Ltd closes Tranche 1 Issue

The Public Issue by Srei Infrastructure Finance Limited (the "Company" or the "Issuer") of 25,00,000 Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures of Face Value of Rs. 1,000/- each (the "Debentures" or the "NCDs"), aggregating upto Rs. 2,500 Million ("Base Issue Size"), with an option to retain oversubscription upto the Shelf Limit i.e. Rs. 15,000 Million ("Tranche 1 Issue") and is being offered by way of this Tranche 1 Prospectus, which should be read together with Shelf Prospectus dated September 22, 2014. The Shelf Prospectus together with the Tranche 1 Prospectus shall constitute the Prospectus, which opened for subscription on Tranche 1 Issue, September 29, 2014 has closed on October 31, 2014.
