PVR Ltd to raise Rs. 500 crores through NCDs

The Board of Directors of PVR Ltd at its meeting held on October 31, 2014, has approved the issue of Non Convertible Debentures ("NCD") not exceeding Rs. 500 Crores.

The Board also approved the allotment of 1,46,602 equity shares against exercise of same number of Options by the employees of the Company.

Shares of PVR LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.684.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 685.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 7048 in over 882 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 709.45 and intraday low of 683.6. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4868769.
