Cil Securities Board recommends 12.5% dividend

Cil Securities Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 30, 2007, inter alia, has recommended payment of dividend @ of 12.5% i.e. Rs 1.25/- per equity share fully paid up of Rs 10/- each for financial year ending March 31, 2007.
