Noida Toll Bridge Company Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company has, vide a circular resolution, approved a Scheme of Arrangement (Under Section 391-394 of the Company Act, 1956) which includes an amalgamation with its wholly owned subsidiary DND Flyway Ltd.
