Dynamatic Technologies Ltd approves allotment of 3 lakh shares

The Finance Committee of the Board of Directors of Dynamatic Technologies Ltd has, at its meeting held on October 17, 2014, has approved the allotment of 3,00,000 (Three Lakh) Equity Shares of face value of INR 10 each at a price of INR 1800 (Indian Rupees One Thousand Eight Hundred only) per equity share [including premium of Rs. 1,790 (Indian Rupees One Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety Only)] aggregating to Rs. 5,400 Lacs (Indian Rupees Five Thousand Four Hundred Lacs Only) to Qualified Institutional Buyers under Chapter VIII of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009 and in accordance with the Companies Act, 2003.
