Speciality Papers declares Rs.0.50 dividend

Speciality Papers Ltd has announced that the members at the 45th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 13, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of dividend on the Equity Shares of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2006 @ Rs 0.50 per share.
