Suryavanshi Spinning Board recommends 10% Dividend

Suryavanshi Spinning Mills Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 29, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend @ 10% (Re 1/- per share) on the equity share capital of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2007, subject to approval of the Financial Institutions and members of the Company.
