Interlink Petroleum to consider seeking investment for Oil / Gas fields

Interlink Petroleum Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 02, 2007, inter alia, to consider, a proposal for assignment of participating interest in the Oil / Gas fields of the Company subject to the approval by the shareholders of the Company.
