Shantivijay Jewels Board recommends 20% dividend

Shantivijay Jewels Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 29, 2007, inter alia, has recommended Dividend of Rs 2/- (20%) per Equity Share of Rs 10/- each for the year 2006-07.
