Patels Airtemp Board recommends 10% dividend

Patels Airtemp India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 29, 2007, inter alia, has recommended dividend @ 10% on the equity shares of the Company subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
