Khaitan Electricals Board recommends 20% dividend

Khaitan Electricals Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 29, 2007, inter alia, has recommended dividend payment for the year ended March 31, 2007 at the rate of 20%.
