Aarvee Denims Board recommends 5% final dividend

Aarvee Denims & Exports Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 29, 2007, inter alia, has recommended Final Dividend @ 5% (aggregating 10% for the FY 2006-07) on Equity Share Capital and @ 13% on Preferential Share Capital of the Company.
