EL Forge Board recommends Rs.1.40 dividend

EL Forge Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 28, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a Dividend of Rs 1.40 per equity share on all shares of the Company, subject to approval of the shareholders.
