Falcon Tyres Board recommends 30% dividend

Falcon Tyres Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 27, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a Dividend of 30% for the year ended March 31, 2007, subject to approval of the shareholders.
