Winsome Textile Board recommends 7% dividend

Winsome Textile Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 29, 2007, inter alia, has recommended an increased dividend of 7%, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company.
