Himalaya Granites Board recommends 4% final dividend

Himalaya Granites Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 29, 2007, inter alia, has recommended the Final Dividend of Re 0.40 per share (4%) subject to approval of shareholders.
