Capital First Ltd to raise Rs. 300 crores

The Board of Directors of Capital First Ltd at its Meeting held on September 24, 2014, had approved the raising of funds / resources in Indian Rupees or in any foreign currency upto an equivalent of Rs. 300 crore through various domestic/ international options, including QIP / FCCBs/ ADRs/ GDRs / FPO etc., pursuant to Section 62 of the Companies Act, 2013, read with relevant rules and SEBI Regulations and subject to the approval of shareholders.

In terms of Sections 149, 150, 152 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 read with relevant Rules and in compliance of listing agreement, appointed Dr. (Mrs.) Brinda Jagirdar as an Additional Director being Non Executive Independent Director of the Company with immediate effect.

Shares of CAPITAL FIRST LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.296.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 312.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 78340 in over 3228 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 315 and intraday low of 295. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 23612628.
