Shardul Securities Board recommends 10% dividend

Shardul Securities Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 28, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a Dividend of 10% (Re 1 per Share) on equity shares of Rs 10 each of the Company, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
