Uni Abex Board recommends 12.5% dividend

Uni Abex Alloy Products Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 28, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of 12.50% i.e. Rs 1.25 per equity share and 10% on 10% redeemable Cumulative Preference Shares for the financial year ended March 31, 2007.
