Madras Aluminium AGM approves interim dividend as final dividend

Madras Aluminium Company Ltd has announced that the members at the 47th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on June 28, 2007, inter alia, have unanimously passed all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting of the Company. The Interim Dividend @ 90% declared and paid on March 29, 2007 has been ratified and confirmed as the total dividend for the financial year 2006-07.
