Unisys handles approximately 6.5 million North American IT service events for its clients annually.
The Gartner Magic Quadrant report evaluates service providers on ability to execute and completeness of vision for end-user outsourcing services. As the report states, "Gartner's scope of end-user outsourcing (EUO) services span clients' day-to-day management and operations of the desktop, mobility and the service desk."
According to the report, "Leaders have demonstrated their many years of experience in delivering EUO services, and understand the requirements to successfully deliver these services. They have proven their Ability to Execute their strategic visions. This was particularly evident during the reference-checking portion of the analysis."
