Lakshmi Precision Board recommends 18% dividend

Lakshmi Precision Screws Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 28, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs 1.80 per share (18%) for the year ended March 31, 2007, subject to the approval of the Financial Institutions / Banks and shareholders.
