PH Trading Board recommends dividend

PH Trading Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 28, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend @ Re 1 per Equity Share of Rs 10/- each, subject to approval of shareholder in AGM.
