Sun TV calls for AGM on Aug 06, 2007 to approve stock split, bonus & dividend

Sun TV Network Ltd has announced that the 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the members of the Company will be held on August 06, 2007, for the following purposes:

1. Split of equity share from the face value of Rs 10/- each to face value of Rs 5/- each as per the resolutions passed on May 15, 2007 through postal ballot.

2. Allotment of Bonus Shares in the ratio of one equity share of Rs 5 each for every share held in the Company as per the resolution passed on June 06, 2007, through Postal Ballot.

3. Payment of Final Dividend.
