Brescon Corporate Board recommends 25% final dividend

Brescon Corporate Advisors Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 28, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a final dividend of 25% (Rs 2.50/- per equity share of the face value of Rs 10/- each) for financial year 2006-07, subject to approval of shareholders.
