Gujarat Intrux Board recommend 10% final dividend

Gujarat Intrux Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 28, 2007, inter alia, has recommended the final dividend for the year 2006-07 at 10% on equity share, which is subject to the approval of the members at its Annual General Meeting of the Company.
