Bellary Steels Updates on CDR scheme

With reference to the earlier announcement dated June 25, 2007, Bellary Steels & Alloys Ltd has announced that the paragraph number "01" in the above said announcement should be read as under"

"01. The Corporate Debt Restructuring Proposal submitted by the Company during June 2007, is under active consideration by Industrial Development Bank of India, (SASF) the Lead Financial Institution for the Company."
