Dredging Corporation Board recommends 90% final dividend

Dredging Corporation of India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 28, 2007, inter alia, has declared dividend @ 150% (including 60% interim dividend declared and paid in February - 2007) on the paid-up share capital of the Company i.e. Rs 15/- per equity share of Rs 10/ each. The amount of final dividend payable would be Rs 9/- per equity share.
