TT Board recommends 10% final dividend

TT Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 25, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a final dividend @ 10% (Re 1 per share) to Equity Shareholders Subject to approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

The Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 20, 2007 to September 26, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of final dividend & Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 26, 2007.

The stock was trading at Rs.23.05, down by Rs.0.55 or 2.33%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.23.90 and low of Rs.23. The total traded quantity was 6540 compared to 2 week average of 19170.
