Marksans Pharma equity shareholders to approve Scheme of Amalgamation of Mark Remedies

Marksans Pharma Ltd has announced that the pursuant to the order of High Court of Judicature at Bombay, a meeting of the Equity Shareholders of the Company will be held on September 26, 2006, to consider and if thought fit, approving, with or without modification, the arrangement embodied in the Scheme of Amalgamation of Mark Remedies Ltd with the Company.
