Gupta Synthetics to issue warrants on preferential basis

Gupta Synthetics Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 12, 2006, has decided to issue of 3,00,000 Convertible Warrants by way of Preferential Allotment on Private Placement basis to other investors etc at the rate of Rs 165 each (including Rs 155 premium) which has conformity with Guidelines for Preferential issue under Chapter XIII of SEBI (Disclosure & Investor protection) Guidelines, 2000.

Further the Company has informed that, to convene an Extra Ordinary General Meeting for the same.
