Effective from March 16, 2006, the equity shares of Indo Tech Transformers Ltd (Scrip Code : 532717) are listed and admitted to dealings on the Bombay Stock Exchange in the list of B1 Group Securities. In National Stock Exchange, the shares would be traded under Normal Market Segment – Compulsory Demat (Rolling Settlement).
