IndiGo expands its Middle East footprint with new Bengaluru-Riyadh direct flights, starting 16 November 2025 
              Azim Premji Foundation has announced its Fellowship Program for 2014-16. Applications are invited from post graduates or professional degree holders who have a passion for social change. Applicants should have 2-6 years of work experience in any sector. The Fellowship carries a monthly stipend of Rs. 27,000.
The Fellowship is a 2-year full-time program, where one will get to understand and experience the realities of the Indian school education system on the ground. The rigorous Fellowship Program comprises of 2 weeks of induction to help understand Azim Premji Foundation and its work, a 5 week classroom module to strengthen conceptual understanding of education and development issues and 22 months of intense guided field engagement at the grass roots level in the District Institutes of the Foundation. The Programme also offers an opportunity to work on a live project.
Selection is based on an online assessment followed by personal interviews. During the period of the Fellowship, the selected candidates will be based in the following District Institutes - Chhattisgarh (Dhamtari), Karnataka (North East Karnataka and Mandya) Puducherry, Rajasthan (Sirohi, Barmer, Rajsamand and Tonk) and Uttarakhand (Uttarkashi, Almora and Udham Singh Nagar).
Sudheesh Venkatesh, Chief People Officer, Azim Premji Foundation said, "The Fellowship Program is an opportunity to explore various dimensions of education and discover your calling. It will be your best bet to work and engage with some of the most underprivileged educational institutions and bring about change. It includes varied and considerable field work based at any one of our District Institutes, combined with class work to conceptualize your experiences."
After successful completion of the program, the participants will have opportunities to work with Azim Premji Foundation, on the basis of their performance and mutual suitability.
