Artefact Projects Board recommends 7.5% dividend

Artefact Projects Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 26, 2007, inter alia, has transacted the following:

1. Recommended a dividend of Re 0.75 per equity share of Rs 10 each (7.5%) for approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

2. The Board of Directors discussed and adopted the Code of Conduct for the Board of directors and Senior Management Personnel of the Company.
