Birla Kennametal Board recommends 15% dividend

Birla Kennametal Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 26, 2007, inter alia, has recommended Dividend of 15% on the Equity Capital of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2007.
